South Africa - a vibrant culmination of so much cultural diversity and history, with so many different stories to tell, and of course; a vast range of recipes to cook! On the 24th of September, we celebrate Heritage Day, and Chef Donovan is offering a lovely braai menu to celebrate.
Guests will be treated to Sirloin, Beef Wors and Chicken Kebabs on the grill, Roosterkoek, and end off with a lekker traditional Malva Pudding. These are just a few servings that will be offered on our menu.
