Walk across the road onto the vast Robberg Beach with your bridal party and say your vows with your feet in the sand, and the sound of the rolling waves in the background.

We offer an Exclusive Use Package for wedding parties of up to 60 guests, accommodated in our 30 rooms.

This package includes exclusive use for the wedding party of all of the Robberg’s facilities, including:

Breakfast/Dining room
2 swimming pools,
Poolside bar
Rooftop terrace and bar
2 lounges
Front viewing deck and gardens
Secure parking for 30 vehicles

We charge a nominal venue hire scaled according to how you would like to use the facilities.

Choose to have the ceremony take place right across the road on the beautiful Robberg Beach or on the rooftop terrace of The Robberg Beach House, with breathtaking views.

In addition to the venue and accommodation, we offer a basic wedding package, which includes:

Service minister, including correspondence and meeting with the wedding couple
Documentation: Registration of the marriage and Apostile with the High Court for registration of the wedding overseas
Postage/courier of documents
Eco-friendly confetti
Lapel flowers for the groom and a small bouquet for the bride
Sparkling wine, flowers and chocolates in the bride and groom’s suite on arrival

Although our enthusiastic team works closely with you to provide what you need for your big day, we do require hiring in at your own cost.

We have a number of talented and efficient partners who offer great catering, wedding planning, floral event management and photography services. Let us know if you would like a recommendation for any of these services.

Facilities

Our view deck provides the perfect setting for sundowners after the ceremony where guests can enjoy canapés against the backdrop of the ocean. The Robberg House and Beachy Head Villa provides space for 70 guests for cocktails and canapés.

The dining room the Robberg is the ideal venue for your wedding dinner. We can accommodate up to 40 guests for a sit-down dinner. For 40 - 60 guests we hire the extra tables and chairs needed (hire costs for your account). Depending on whether you're having a sit-down dinner or not, we work with a number of wonderful catering companies that can provide great food for you and your guests.

We offer an affordable venue as an exclusive use package only, excluding the extra costs involved. Our goal is to provide comfortable and luxurious accommodation for you and your guests in Plettenberg Bay for a minimum stay of 2 nights.
